Lastframe Correction

This is a MIRI specific correction that removes, from the last frame of an integration, an anomalous offset produced by signal coupling through the reset of the adjacent row pair. This effect manifests in the bias level and in any collected signal in the array when the last frame is read out. The last frame correction may be subarray-dependent. There should be matching subarray last frame reference files in CRDS.

Test Requirements

Check that the LastFrameStep runs without error test_lastframe_step Check that GROUPDQ lastframe is flagged as DO_NOT_USE test_lastframe_flagged
